The forum will allow the board of directors as well as Western States and DLC landscaping to keep residents aware of the happenings around our neighborhood. It will also give the residents the ability to ask questions or leave information for others to read.
This blog will be monitored, so any damaging or inflamatory comments will be removed, so be nice!

ReplyDeleteLovely blog! Thanks for putting this together. I'm wondering if you might be able to point me in the right direction on something.
The fence on the East side of our property borders the Carlyle Park Condos. It's damaged in one section and dangerously close to falling in. Do you know if that part of the fence is a Western States Property Service maintenance area, or if we need to get the fence fixed ourselves? Either way is fine by me, as long as it gets fixed ASAP....

If you can, come to the next board meeting. We have a special date for it this month due to a scheduling conflict. It will be on September 16th, at 6:30 at Westridge Rec Center. We can discuss things further there.
