Hello Everyone!

Click on the link above for the draft 2010 Budget for the HRCA that was presented at the last meeting of the delegates. We are expected to vote on it at our next meeting which will be on November 17, 2009.
There will be no increase in the assessment for the residents in 2010. I asked the question that since there was no proposed increase in the assessment for the year 2010, is there anything in the forecast for expenditures for future years for extra increase above the CPI? I was told that there was none warranted at this time.
From what I have seen so far, I am inclined to vote for the proposed budget. However, I will continue to abide by my principle of proportioning my vote based on the input of my constituents when it concerns spending their money. I am therefore requesting your input as you feel is appropriate. Please send me your input by November 12, 2009.

Thanks.

Suresh

Election Signs

Happy fall everyone - it is getting to be that time of year again.

The leaves are falling, the porches have pumpkins on them, and the various local election signs are appearing throughout Highlands Ranch.

Please note: Election signs can be on your home, or in your windows, but may not be installed in the common areas, which include the grass areas in front of your homes or pods.

In an effort to keep the neighborhood looking tidy, any signs posted in common areas will be removed by goblins.
